Management.
Career on autopilot.

The artist writes and performs. The team handles everything that isn't music.
One contract – a 15-person team on your side
Strategy, booking, contracts, budget, production, SMM, PR, lawyers, industry connections. Not «a calendar assistant» – this is the second brain of your career that turns releases into growth and shows into revenue. If you want a career, don't do it alone.

What we need to start: links to your tracks, socials and recent releases, a short note on your stage (what's there, what's missing), and where you want to grow (streaming, stage, brands, media). Then we hop on a call, run an audit and build the plan.

Without a manager

Every day you're losing things you can't get back.

?

How many releases ended up «in the drawer»?

?

How many shows fell through over a date conflict?

?

How many brands walked away because nobody replied within 48 hours?

An artist without a manager is a business with no accountant and no sales.
Plenty of creative. No money.

FAQ

Questions & answers.

How much does an artist manager cost?
At OUR ANGELS – from 30,000 ₽ a month as a fixed fee, a share of revenue or a project estimate. The start is a 10,000 ₽ consultation and a project audit within 48 hours.
Will you take my rights?
No. Management is a separate contract from label or distribution. You remain the rights holder. If we also sign as a label, that's a separate, transparent agreement.
What if I'm just starting?
We listen to your demo and audit. Sometimes the honest answer is «start with a consult and a few releases via distribution», sometimes we plug in immediately under the startup format. We don't sign for the sake of signing.
I already have a manager – what then?
We can work in tandem (e.g. we run label-side management, your existing manager runs personal) or take full 360°. The key is that nothing collides in the artist's interests.
What if we don't click?
No forever rights. If you leave – we hand over all materials, supplier contacts and reports.

Artist manager duties: who does what

An artist manager handles everything that is not music: release calendar, talks with venues and promoters, budget and reporting, payout control and contact with the label and distributor.

  • Artist manager - the whole career: strategy, releases, money, negotiations.
  • Booking manager - live shows only: offers, fees, schedule. Booking can be a separate service.
  • Tour manager - the road: logistics, schedule and daily life on tour.

Reviews of managers are hard to verify, so ask four things instead: which artists they worked with and what exactly they did, how payment is structured, who owns the contacts and accounts after the work ends, and how often you get reporting.
