Where to write, depending on the question

The label runs one mailbox, info@ourangels.ru, and one Telegram account, @ourangelsofficial. To reach the right person on the same day, put the topic in the subject line: DISTRIBUTION for a release, MANAGEMENT for artist management, BRAND for advertising and collaborations, MEDIA for press and interviews, CONTRACT for paperwork, invoices and company details. Demos go through the Send demo form or the Sound Court contest rather than the general mailbox, because form submissions enter the queue directly.

What to attach so the answer comes faster

Send a link to the track rather than a file attachment, using any service that opens on a phone. Add two or three sentences about yourself, links to streaming profiles and social accounts, a clear statement of what you need, and the deadline if there is one, such as a release date or a shoot.

How fast do you reply?
The same day. Telegram is usually the fastest channel. There is no ticket system and no automated reply.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, but only by appointment. Write to info@ourangels.ru or message the Telegram account first, then a time is agreed.
Do you work with artists outside Moscow?
Yes. Distribution, pitching and management need no physical presence, contracts and reporting go by email. Meetings in person happen for shoots or studio sessions.
